Below, you’ll find a number of templates that the Naming the Lost Memorials team created between May-August 2020. You can print one to make a simple memorial for your window, or you might make many pieces of art for a larger memorial.

We wrote the names of those lost to Covid-19 on each piece of artwork and asked friends (kids and adults!) in our community to help decorate each piece to make it beautiful.

Please feel free to download, print, and use these templates if they are useful to you. You can also design your own if you prefer– or use other objects entirely (for more ideas, please visit the Memorials Toolkit).
